Basically just changing kodi_call_method to kodi.call_method. As per Kodi v13 'Gotham', subtitles support is now built into Kodi. Just thought I would post what the script is with the changes for future readers. Kodi has its own possibility to load a local subtitle (via Browse for subtitle.) but that sometimes does not work (hanging) and that is why this addon was created. On my IR remote this action cycles through the available subtitles and disabled. If you have Android 10 or newer you need to use Kodis built in file manager to access data within the Kodi data space. I cannot understand why it says ‘Method not found’ if I run action from Tasker via Home Assistant, cause same that method is working from lovelace in Home Assistant?
